What we do with your details

Last updated 1 August 2026.

Before you publish: add your registered business name and address below. UK GDPR requires customers to be able to identify and contact whoever holds their data.

Who holds your information

Nonna's Pizza Helston, [registered name and address], Helston, Cornwall. Questions or requests: hello@nonnaspizza.co or 01326 000 000.

What we collect, and why

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and any notes you add. We use these only to make and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.

The lawful basis is performance of a contract — we cannot deliver a pizza without knowing who and where you are. We do not send marketing email and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.

Card payments

Deposits are taken by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own page and never reach our website or our server. We keep only a reference number so we can match a payment to an order and issue a refund. Stripe's own privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years, which is how long HMRC requires business records to be retained. Nothing is kept for longer than that.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, which keeps your order form secure while you fill it in. It is required for the site to work and disappears when you close your browser. There is no tracking, advertising or analytics cookie on this site.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for tax purposes. Email hello@nonnaspizza.co and we will respond within a month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
