Nonnas PizzaHelston

Our story

Twenty, and not one more.

[Replace this with the real story — it will be the best writing on the site.]

Who Nonna was

[Her name, where she was from, one thing she always said about dough, and one thing she'd have been rude about. Two short paragraphs is plenty. Specific beats poetic: "she wouldn't let you near the oven until you could stretch one blindfolded" says more than "passion for tradition".]

How we ended up in Helston

[Where you came from, when you arrived, why Cornwall. People order from people. This paragraph sells more pizza than the menu does.]

Why only twenty

It's how many one person can stretch properly in an evening. We could make more by rolling the dough or proving it faster, and it would be a worse pizza. So we don't. When tonight's twenty are gone, the oven goes cold and we start again tomorrow.
